Breath and grounding
Diaphragmatic breathing, seated postures, and gentle spinal movement. Sessions are 30 minutes — shorter on purpose so the nervous system adapts without overload.
A properly sequenced programme that builds strength, flexibility, and breath awareness across four distinct phases — all delivered online, directly into your living room.

Each phase lasts three weeks and builds directly on the one before it. Sessions in phase one focus on breath mechanics and joint mobility — not postures. That foundation makes everything that follows safer and more effective. Skipping ahead tends to create compensations that surface later as discomfort or plateau.

Warrior sequences, hip openers, and balance work. Sessions extend to 50 minutes. Expect noticeable leg fatigue in week four — that is the adaptation working.
Yin-style holds of 2–4 minutes per posture, targeting the hips, hamstrings, and thoracic spine. A foam roller is useful here but not required.
Continuous vinyasa sequences that combine everything from phases one through three. Sessions include one 20-minute restorative practice each week to support recovery.
Lead instructor — phases 1 & 2
Trained in Mysore-style Ashtanga with additional certification in anatomy for movement. Tobias has been teaching online since 2017 and structures sessions around what the body can actually do that day — not what a fixed plan says it should.
Specialist — phases 3 & 4
Callum's background is in physiotherapy and yin yoga. He focuses on the connective tissue work in phase three and the restorative practices woven into phase four. His approach is slow, precise, and deliberately unglamorous.
Programme skill focus across phases
No prior experience is needed. Sessions are structured to meet you at your current level, whether that is your first time on a mat or you have practised before but stopped.
A non-slip yoga mat and enough floor space to stretch both arms out. Blocks and a strap are optional — your instructor can suggest household alternatives for both.
Standard sessions run 50 minutes. Phase one uses 30-minute sessions intentionally. Shorter 30-minute formats remain available in later phases for clients with limited time windows on specific days.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time through the booking portal or by contacting support directly at support@wowvibehouse.online.
Disclose any existing injuries during the intake process. Instructors can modify postures but are not physiotherapists — if your condition is acute, a medical clearance is advisable before starting.
Live sessions are not recorded by default. Clients who need a reference recording for a specific session can request it in advance — recordings are shared privately and not stored beyond 14 days.
