5.3 User Conduct in Sessions
During any live or interactive session, you agree to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants. The Company reserves the right to remove any user from a session without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
The Service provides general wellness content, including guided yoga sessions, intended for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before beginning any physical activity programme, you should consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. By participating in sessions, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and that you assume full responsibility for your own health and safety.
The Company, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from your participation in or reliance on any content or session provided through the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All Content available through the Service, including but not limited to video recordings, written materials, graphics, logos, and session programmes, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and its Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any Content.
7.3 Restrictions

8.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@wowvibehouse.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
8.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Company's refund policy. The Company is not obligated to provide refunds for partially used subscription periods, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances.
