Services
Structured one-on-one sessions delivered online — no studio commute, no generic class format. Each session is built around your body, your schedule, and where you actually are in your practice.
Each format is designed for a different kind of commitment — pick the one that fits your week, not the other way around.

A written sequence delivered every four weeks, built specifically for your current level and any physical considerations you've shared. Includes video reference clips and a short weekly check-in message.
Live online groups of four to six people, held twice weekly. Themes rotate monthly — breathwork, strength-based flows, restorative practice. A more affordable way to stay consistent with live guidance.
No complicated onboarding, no lengthy intake forms. The process is straightforward so you spend less time setting up and more time on the mat.
Write a few sentences about your experience level, any injuries or limitations, and what you're hoping to get from regular sessions. Email or WhatsApp both work.
A fifteen-minute video call with your assigned instructor. No performance required — it's a conversation to understand your goals and confirm the right format for you.
Once confirmed, your first session is typically scheduled within two days. You'll receive a simple setup checklist — space requirements, camera angle suggestions, equipment notes.
After each session your instructor logs notes. Sequences are updated as your practice develops — nothing stays static just because it's online.
Sessions run via standard video platforms — no specialist software to install. A stable internet connection and a clear space of roughly 2m × 2m is all the equipment the setup requires. Props like blocks or straps are helpful but not mandatory for your first sessions.
